OUR MANIFESTO
We believe that architecture should have a human-centric approach. By extracting the social differences amongst all community members, we try to respond to the needs of everyone. Through our architectural design we aim to annihilate any social boundaries, design decisions should not put a label on people, but encourage social justice.
We consider that the architect also has the role of a civic entrepreneur, making design decisions that are informed by the local economy, businesses and local resources. We want to use as many local suppliers as we can, employ local people and respond to the specific needs of their community.
We give each individual community member the same chances and opportunities by cherishing diversity. The changes that happen in a community should benefit everyone instead of targeting specific social groups, every community member is seen as an individual and has the right to an equally valued opinion.
We see architecture as a series of systems that should aim to benefit the environment, by embedding buildings into their ecosystems we intent to rethink strategies and processes in order to raise awareness for environmental issues and challenges.
